Virtual Shipbuilding and Navigation: A Journey of Enthusiasm and Passion

Hi, my name is Dave Sabando and I am a 20-year-old ship enthusiast and spotter. I have been making 3D ship models using Blender since 2019 and have been honing my skills in this area ever since. As a ship enthusiast, I have always been fascinated by ships and everything about them, from their design and technology to their rich history and the stories of the people who have sailed on them. I love learning about different types of ships and the role they have played in shaping human history.

In addition to my passion for ships, I am also an avid Blender user and have been using this powerful 3D modeling software to create highly detailed and accurate models of my favorite ships. I love the challenge of creating a 3D model from scratch and bringing it to life in a digital space. It's a hobby that I truly enjoy and one that I am always looking to improve upon.

It was through a group on Facebook called Vehicle Simulator Philippines that I discovered the world of virtual ship modeling and navigation. This group introduced me to the world of VSF (Vehicle Simulator Frameworks) and VSNG (Virtual Sailor New Generation), and I have been hooked ever since. I love the challenge of building and navigating my own virtual ships and being part of a community of like-minded individuals who share my passion for ships. The rest, as they say, is history. When I'm not busy making 3D ship models or navigating virtual ships, you can find me at the harbor watching the real ships come and go. It's a passion of mine that I hope to pursue for many years to come.
