Virtual Sailor NG is the successor of Ilan Papini's Vehicle Simulator which was launched in 2009. Although both simulators used the same game engine. The graphics, gameplay, and performance in VSNG are on a different level. Ilan launched VSNG in June 2021.
Unlike Vehicle Simulator, VSNG is more focused on nautical and maritime dynamics.
But wait, what does NG means? NEXT GENERATION, this would be a new program having the best of Vehicle Simulator and only dedicated for boats and ships, it has much better graphics, new instruments, new sea, definable keys, accurate time and stellar bodies and more.

Docking
Now, you can drag your vessel's docking line, and not just that, you can also add up to 12 docking lines to your ship. Makes docking more realistic.
